Oversee day-to-day property operations for a large residential community, ensuring financial targets, staff management, and legal compliance, while fostering a positive resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities and resources of a 309-unit garden-style property
- Achieve financial and operational goals by setting rents, collecting fees, and preparing financial reports
- Approve invoices for vendor services and maintain budget compliance
- Oversee leasing process, apartment inspections, notices, and evictions as needed
- Respond promptly to resident concerns to promote satisfaction and retention
- Supervise and train property staff
- Conduct regular property inspections for safety and appearance
- Liaise with property owners and provide performance updates
