This position involves overseeing and coordinating nursing staff and processes in an assisted living facility to ensure high-quality resident care. The manager fosters staff development, mentors team members, and builds trusting relationships with residents and families within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing department staff and care processes
- Mentor and coach all team members
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards, policies, and regulations
- Foster strong, respectful relationships with residents and their families
Qualifications
- Active Nurse License in the state of Ohio
- Current CPR Certification
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing
- Prior experience in skilled nursing facility preferred
- Experience with Point Click Care a plus
