The Community Manager leads all operational aspects of two adjacent residential sites, focusing on budget and revenue goals, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and effective property maintenance. The role includes oversight of staff hiring, training, and performance, as well as maintaining compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial records and develop property budgets
• Set rent rates, ensure timely collections, and monitor monthly financial performance
• Oversee vendor relations and approve invoices/payments
• Implement short- and long-range leasing and marketing strategies
• Handle lease enforcement, renewals, inspections, and resident issues
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance standards
• Supervise property staff, ensuring alignment with company standards

Qualifications

• Strong experience in property management
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and related regulations
• Leadership and organizational abilities
