About the job
Join a dedicated team supporting children and families affected by autism through in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions. This part-time position plays a key role in implementing individualized behavior plans to help children build crucial life skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Observe, record, and report client progress and behaviors
- Manage challenging behaviors in a professional manner
- Apply behavioral principles consistently during sessions
- Assist clients in developing academic and life skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and data entry
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Genuine passion for working with children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience with children is a plus
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance
- Tablet or laptop required for sessions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and sustain various postures for extended periods
