About the job
Join a mission-driven team supporting children and families impacted by autism as a Behavior Technician. In this hands-on role, you'll use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to help kids develop essential social, communication, and self-care skills in a supportive, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA-based behavior intervention services to children with autism.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
- Collect data on client progress and communicate effectively with supervisors and families.
- Collaborate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance your skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience with children is a plus.
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to continue learning and complete ongoing training.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
- Work includes both home and community environments.
