This position supports children and families affected by autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home and community settings. The role focuses on individualized treatment, positive teamwork, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism
• Utilize play-based interventions to teach social and daily living skills
• Collaborate with families for holistic support
• Participate in staff training and continuous learning
• Maintain accurate documentation and session notes

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework is a plus
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for sessions
• Web-enabled device for documentation
