Make a difference in the lives of children and families as a Bilingual Behavior Technician supporting children with autism in Fresno, CA. This role involves implementing ABA-based intervention plans in collaboration with a caring and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
• Observe, record, and report clients’ progress and behaviors daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors and support skill acquisition in communication, social, and self-care domains.
• Maintain detailed data, participate in continuous training, and ensure confidentiality.
• Communicate respectfully with families and team members.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion and experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
