Make a difference in the lives of children and families as a Bilingual Behavior Technician supporting children with autism in Fresno, CA. This role involves implementing ABA-based intervention plans in collaboration with a caring and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
- Observe, record, and report clients’ progress and behaviors daily.
- Manage challenging behaviors and support skill acquisition in communication, social, and self-care domains.
- Maintain detailed data, participate in continuous training, and ensure confidentiality.
- Communicate respectfully with families and team members.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Passion and experience working with children preferred.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
