Become part of a team dedicated to improving access and quality of mental healthcare for youth in New York City. This hybrid consulting engagement supports Talkspace’s Youth Behavioral Health Programs by ensuring continuity with partner relationships, aiding in program implementation, and assisting key on-site engagements in NYC schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Talkspace in meetings with NYC-based educational partners.
- Guide internal and external stakeholders through program implementation.
- Contribute to educator/administrator training and the development of implementation tools.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and deliver final handover materials.
- Communicate operational challenges and align team strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years selling benefits to educational institutions or allied experience.
- Exposure to behavioral health, telehealth, or education benefits preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; strong communication and organizational skills.
