The Behavioral Health Associate performs clinical evaluations, provides therapy, and participates in interdisciplinary treatment plans for a diverse client population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial behavioral health assessments and provide individual, group, or family psychotherapy to clients of all ages.
  • Collaborate closely with medical and psychiatric providers within an interdisciplinary care team.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in crisis interventions, treatment planning, discharge planning, and ongoing care review.
  • Supervise unlicensed staff or students as assigned, and contribute to team meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (Ph.D./Psy.D, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) and state licensure.
  • Two or more years of experience in outpatient behavioral health.
  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish) is distinct advantage.
Work Environment
  • Full-time position primarily based in Rockwell, Connecticut, serving the local school community.
