The Behavioral Health Associate performs clinical evaluations, provides therapy, and participates in interdisciplinary treatment plans for a diverse client population.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial behavioral health assessments and provide individual, group, or family psychotherapy to clients of all ages.
- Collaborate closely with medical and psychiatric providers within an interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation aligned with regulatory standards.
- Participate in crisis interventions, treatment planning, discharge planning, and ongoing care review.
- Supervise unlicensed staff or students as assigned, and contribute to team meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Ph.D./Psy.D, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) and state licensure.
- Two or more years of experience in outpatient behavioral health.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish) is distinct advantage.
Work Environment
- Full-time position primarily based in Rockwell, Connecticut, serving the local school community.
