Board Certified Behavior Analysts are responsible for supervising and managing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) intervention programs for children with autism. The role includes overseeing treatment teams, monitoring progress, providing parent and staff training, and ensuring compliance with best practices and standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise ABA programs and treatment teams
- Conduct assessments, program planning, and modify treatments as needed
- Provide clinical recommendations in collaboration with families
- Train and mentor clinical staff
- Complete administrative tasks and ensure documentation for insurance/funding
- Collaborate with other clinicians and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Board Certified or state-licensed Behavior Analyst
- At least one year of experience in ABA with autism population
