Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments under BCBA guidance.
• Implement therapy programs for children with ASD.
• Prepare instructional materials and collect progress data.
• Train and mentor behavioral technicians (BTs) and registered behavior technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families to achieve treatment goals.
• Maintain adherence to ethical codes and documentation requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Obtain RBT within 120 days of employment.
• Experience with ABA therapy models and child development.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
