Help lead autism therapy programs as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a growing clinical team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role centers on program management, clinical training, and hands-on evaluation of ABA treatment for children on the autism spectrum.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA service delivery, assessment, and progress monitoring
• Supervise intervention teams and provide clinical recommendations
• Train, mentor, and supervise clinical staff for quality care
• Ensure compliance with standards and complete required documentation
• Collaborate with families, clinicians, and other health providers

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed behavior analyst
• Minimum of one year providing ABA/based services to children with autism
