About the job
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a center-based environment, you are responsible for clinical oversight and programming for a caseload of children with autism. The role includes leading and supervising RBTs, designing treatment plans, conducting parent training, and maintaining documentation in accordance with best practices and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a caseload of 6–8 clients
- Meet billable hour and prescription goals
- Conduct ongoing assessments and update treatment plans
- Train, supervise, and model practices for RBTs
- Lead caregiver training and maintain positive family relationships
- Ensure ethical and individualized programming
- Participate in center initiatives and professional development
Qualifications
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Licensure in state of practice
- Clinical and supervisory experience in behavior analysis
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
