About the job
Become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Bierman Autism Centers, leading clinical programming for children with autism in a center-based, team-oriented environment. Oversee a manageable caseload while driving client success through high-quality, ethical, and individualized ABA care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of client programming, ensuring clinical quality and ethical practice.
- Maintain a caseload of 6–8 clients, managing treatment planning, progress updates, and family collaboration.
- Lead, train, and supervise RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Conduct regular parent training and collaborate with caregivers.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, research, and community engagement.
Qualifications
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification required; licensure in practice state as applicable.
- Experience in early intervention, precision teaching, or behavior reduction preferred.
- Strong organization, leadership, and communication skills.
