Seize the opportunity to make a real difference for children with autism as a Behavior Technician at Bierman Autism Centers, providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Engage in a positive, play-based environment, while following skill acquisition and behavior support plans for young clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children aged 2–12 with autism or developmental delays.
- Collect data and maintain documentation on client progress.
- Implement prescribed plans under BCBA guidance and communicate progress with caregivers.
- Maintain a safe, engaging environment and participate in ongoing training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and passion for working with children.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, such as lifting and active play.
