This position advances applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for clients, collaborating with families, educators, and teams to maximize social inclusion and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and design individualized programs.
- Provide direct services and ongoing support for clients and families.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure program excellence.
- Maintain reliable schedules and comprehensive documentation.
- Report to the Assistant Clinical Director and work toward ongoing program improvement.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Minimum two years ABA experience and demonstrated team leadership skills.
- Required certifications in CPR, First Aid, and background clearance.
