About the job
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will join a team that empowers individuals and families facing behavioral challenges, emphasizing a holistic, person-centered approach. This role requires designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior programs and collaborating closely with service providers and families for optimal patient inclusion and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide direct services and support to clients.
- Offer ongoing guidance to families and team members.
- Ensure program compliance with standards of excellence.
- Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and report to the Assistant Clinical Director.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in relevant field (ABA, psychology, sociology, etc.).
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst.
- At least two years of ABA experience.
- Leadership skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Required background checks, TB, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
