Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
• Design and implement individualized behavior programs
• Provide direct services and support to clients
• Collaborate with teams and report to leadership
• Maintain consistent, reliable schedules with clients

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Minimum two years’ ABA services experience
• Demonstrated leadership and independent work skills
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Capacity to lift/move objects up to 50 lbs
