Join a dynamic team in North Raleigh providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-12 with autism or developmental and language delays. Work in a fun, collaborative environment focused on making a meaningful impact on families.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions with children
- Implement prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans
- Collect and record data for each session
- Communicate progress with parents and caregivers under supervision
- Assist with preparing client materials and maintain therapy spaces
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and adaptive
- Experience working with children or in a behavioral health setting preferred
