About the job

Serve as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with North Coast Therapy Associates, a school-based provider of student-centered therapeutic services. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to deliver applied behavior analysis and evidence-based practices supporting student development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support student success using Positive Behavior Interventions (PBIS) and evidence-based strategies.
  • Develop and implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIP).
  • Provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Train and coach education staff in ABA, CPI, and behavioral methods.
  • Collaborate in IEP/ETR meetings and contribute to program development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree and BCBA certification.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and supporting students with autism.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and program development skills.
