This leadership role oversees acute and crisis care services, including managing the Walk-In Crisis Center, Withdrawal Management, and Youth Crisis Stabilization programs. The position includes clinical and administrative supervision, staff development, and community collaboration to enhance mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for acute care and crisis service teams
• Manage program budgets, staffing, and service quality benchmarks
• Engage with community partners such as law enforcement and hospitals
• Lead the implementation of KPIs and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide supervision, incident reporting, and ensure staff training
• Participate in management meetings and professional development activities

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in mental health or related field
• Active licensure and certification as required
• Five years of mental health treatment experience
• Two years of staff management experience
• Strong skills in crisis intervention and mental health evaluation
