This leadership role oversees acute and crisis care services, including managing the Walk-In Crisis Center, Withdrawal Management, and Youth Crisis Stabilization programs. Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and supervision for acute care and crisis service teams
- Manage program budgets, staffing, and service quality benchmarks

- Provide supervision, incident reporting, and ensure staff training
- Participate in management meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in mental health or related field
- Active licensure and certification as required
- Five years of mental health treatment experience
- Two years of staff management experience
- Strong skills in crisis intervention and mental health evaluation
