As a Body Care Manager in a retail environment, you’ll manage department operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service. This role is vital to profitably running the body care department, training staff, and supporting store-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising for the department.
• Supervise, train, and schedule department staff.
• Maintain department profitability through margin control and effective purchasing.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards.
• Open/close store as needed and support other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years retail experience, preferably as supervisor.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
