About the job
Play a key role in outpatient clinical care as a Certified Medical Assistant or LPN Clinical Technician in a purpose-driven healthcare system. Your responsibilities will focus on patient support, including rooming, vitals, and documentation, as well as assisting providers with procedures and patient communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist providers in examinations and procedures.
- Collect and record patient medical histories and vital signs.
- Administer immunizations and prepare medical equipment.
- Schedule procedures and appointments and manage follow-up communications.
- Maintain medical facility records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program with current CMA/RMA credentials or LPN licensure.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Prior clinic experience preferred.
- Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.
Physical & Work Environment
- Frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Work in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, with rotation at the Frederic Clinic.
- Schedules may vary based on provider needs.
