About the job

Play a key role in outpatient clinical care as a Certified Medical Assistant or LPN Clinical Technician in a purpose-driven healthcare system. Your responsibilities will focus on patient support, including rooming, vitals, and documentation, as well as assisting providers with procedures and patient communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist providers in examinations and procedures.
• Collect and record patient medical histories and vital signs.
• Administer immunizations and prepare medical equipment.
• Schedule procedures and appointments and manage follow-up communications.
• Maintain medical facility records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program with current CMA/RMA credentials or LPN licensure.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Prior clinic experience preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.

Physical & Work Environment

• Frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, with rotation at the Frederic Clinic.
• Schedules may vary based on provider needs.
