About the job
Join a team of dedicated professionals transforming the lives of children diagnosed with autism. As a Clinical Director for an autism center, you will oversee the clinical quality of all programs, support and train BCBAs, and manage intake processes for new learners. The role focuses on ensuring clinical outcomes, coaching staff, and collaborating with the Practice Manager in daily center leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive clinical quality and provide training to clinical staff
- Oversee client intake, conduct assessments, and manage caseloads
- Support BCBAs with direct coaching and feedback
- Ensure all clinical programs meet outcome metrics
- Collaborate in center leadership and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree and BCBA certification required
- Strong experience directing programs for children with autism
- Experience training/mentoring other BCBAs
- Ability to lift and assist children as needed
