The Clinical Coordinator supports clinical studies across veterinary practice sites, facilitating daily activities, compliance, and communication with stakeholders. The position is hybrid, requiring a combination of on-site work (in Vancouver, WA or Santa Monica, CA) and remote responsibilities within a global veterinary health organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical study activities and support investigators and technicians
- Facilitate financial tracking, budgeting, and reporting
- Ensure studies comply with policies, laws, and sponsor requirements
- Organize and maintain study files, records, and training documentation
- Support recruitment strategies and logistical arrangements
- Liaise with sponsors, study sites, and internal teams for effective communication
- Assist with audits and protocol modifications as needed
Qualifications
- Completion of AVMA-accredited or state-recognized veterinary technician program or relevant degree/experience
- Prior experience in clinical trial management or veterinary/human healthcare
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Certification such as CCRC, CCRP, or CCRA preferred
