Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations, budgeting, and planning
• Manage and develop clinic staff, including hiring and training
• Coordinate scheduling, continuing education, and staff development
• Implement and monitor client care standards and operational processes
• Foster relationships across medical, field, and support teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum three years’ healthcare or service industry experience with supervision
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Effective communicator and problem solver
