Introduction

This full-time, Monday–Friday position manages clinic nursing activities, provides advanced nursing care, and serves as a key liaison between staff and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee care delivery, staff scheduling, and performance management
• Provide advanced nursing procedures and clinical direction
• Coordinate training, compliance, and process improvement initiatives
• Participate in on-call clinic leadership rotation and address staffing needs
• Support departmental and organizational standards

Qualifications

• Current RN license (WI & MN), BLS certification required
• Experience in clinic, urgent care, or similar preferred
• At least one year of supervisory or management background
• Strong interpersonal, training, and prioritization skills
