This clinical role on the Medical Management/Health Services team is responsible for ensuring appropriate behavioral health services, primarily related to Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), are provided to members. A background as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is preferred for this position, which is based in Florida and requires state residency.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate members' care and health status before, during, and after ABA services.
• Perform prior authorization reviews for behavioral health services following ABA guidelines.
• Analyze member data to improve service quality and utilization.
• Discuss care levels and plans with healthcare providers and families.
• Provide education on behavioral health and ABA utilization processes.
• Recommend and contribute to process improvements and policy development.
• Fulfill all assigned duties while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or relevant Bachelor's degree.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• State licensure in an appropriate behavioral health or clinical discipline (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, BCBA, RN).
• Knowledge of ABA therapies, regulatory guidelines, and behavioral health services.

Additional Information

• Pay range: $26.50 - $47.59 per hour.
