As an Assistant Community Manager, you'll support financial, operational, and customer service functions at a mid-rise, stabilized community in Charlotte, helping maintain high standards for residents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions, including rent collection, invoice processing, and banking
• Use property management software to record and report data
• Communicate with residents about outstanding balances and payment procedures
• Support leasing efforts and resident retention initiatives
• Supervise operations in the absence of the community manager
• Ensure legal compliance in evictions and move-outs
• Foster resident satisfaction by addressing service requests in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Prior property management or accounting experience preferred
• Flexibility for rotating weekend work and on-call schedules
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
