About the job
Lead a stabilized 333-unit property, managing both the operational and financial aspects of a thriving residential community. You’ll be responsible for budgets, staff management, leasing, and resident relations within a supportive and employee-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage budgets and financial data
- Oversee rent collection, deposits, and financial reporting
- Approve expenditures and coordinate with vendors
- Direct leasing efforts, approvals, and lease enforcement
- Lead, train, and evaluate property staff
- Conduct property inspections for quality and safety
- Promote resident satisfaction and handle service issues
Job Specifics
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience (managerial, HOA, or student housing preferred)
- Knowledge of Realpage Onesite software required
- Onsite housing discount (100% for this role)
Physical Demands
- Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 lbs solo, 50 lbs with assistance)
- Flexible to work as needed
