About the job
Assist in managing the operations and financial processes of a residential property, supporting leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support accounting tasks: post rent and fees, complete deposits, and reconcile accounts
- Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite), maintain data integrity
- Collect delinquent payments and enforce lease agreements
- Review and process vendor invoices with proper authorization
- Facilitate resident move-outs, apply appropriate fees, and process required paperwork
- Respond promptly to resident requests and complaints
- Supervise daily operations and coordinate tasks in the manager's absence
- Support owner relationship with property updates and community tours
