Key Responsibilities

• Review financials, develop budgets, and set rent rates
• Oversee rent collection, bank deposits, and financial reporting
• Manage expenditure and vendor payments
• Lead leasing operations including applications, renewals, and enforcement
• Analyze market trends to guide marketing and leasing strategies
• Foster resident satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular inspections for safety and upkeep
• Recruit, train, supervise, and manage property staff
• Coordinate communication and updates with property owners

Physical Demands

• Long periods of standing, walking, sitting, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds (50 with assistance)
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments, in all weather conditions
• Flexibility for travel and variable scheduling, including weekends
