As a Spiritual Counselor, you’ll provide essential spiritual support and guidance as part of a collaborative care team. This role is central to delivering care aligned with patients’ and families’ beliefs, working in concert with medical and community resources to ensure holistic support during care transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver spiritual counseling tailored to patient and family preferences
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Engage with organizations and community clergy as needed
• Uphold compassionate and ethical support throughout care

Qualifications

• Ordained or licensed by a recognized religious organization (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Minister, Chaplain, or Spiritual Counselor
• Hospice or home health background preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Clean background, drug screen, and driving record
