EHS Manager

Join a leading hydrovac and vacuum-excavation partner to advance environmental health and safety in a dynamic industrial setting. This role ensures all site activities are conducted safely and in compliance with regulations. You will mentor field staff, lead safety initiatives, and be responsible for ensuring high standards across multiple service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and improve EHS programs for hydrovac excavation, industrial cleaning, and material transportation
• Lead safety audits, document and verify corrective actions
• Prepare comprehensive pre-task planning and safety plans
• Investigate incidents and recommend root-cause corrective actions
• Deliver new-hire and ongoing safety training
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA requirements
• Manage safety equipment and ensure regulatory documentation is up-to-date

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental/Industrial Hygiene, or related field
• 3–5 years’ EHS experience in field or industrial services
• Valid driver’s license; professional safety certifications preferred
• Working knowledge of JHA/JSA, lockout/tagout, CSE, and incident investigations
