Lead and supervise a versatile team of environmental professionals on complex waste and remediation engineering projects. Responsible for managing project execution, client relations, technical design, and staff development within a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct production section operations including staff management, quality control, and profitability
- Lead and monitor large multidisciplinary projects
- Implement QA/QC procedures and remedial technology solutions
- Support proposal development, marketing, and client presentations
- Manage junior engineers and promote professional development
- Coordinate technical deliverables, budgets, and project timelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in environmental remediation
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (NY/NJ)
- Demonstrated leadership and project management experience
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred)
