About the job

Lead and supervise a versatile team of environmental professionals on complex waste and remediation engineering projects. Responsible for managing project execution, client relations, technical design, and staff development within a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct production section operations including staff management, quality control, and profitability
• Lead and monitor large multidisciplinary projects
• Implement QA/QC procedures and remedial technology solutions
• Support proposal development, marketing, and client presentations
• Manage junior engineers and promote professional development
• Coordinate technical deliverables, budgets, and project timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in environmental remediation
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (NY/NJ)
• Demonstrated leadership and project management experience
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred)
