Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct medium to large-scale environmental compliance projects
• Prepare, review, and analyze technical studies, NEPA documents, and permit applications
• Make independent decisions on complex environmental planning assignments
• Supervise and mentor others in report and study completion
• Manage public participation and agency coordination
• Utilize project management and business development skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Minimum 10 years of technical/field experience on environmental planning projects
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of environmental impact issues and permit processes
• AICP certification and NEPA knowledge preferred
