Take a leadership role in environmental health and safety management by guiding technical teams, supporting business development, and coordinating projects within a large multidisciplinary firm. This position empowers you to drive growth, manage staff development, and nurture client relationships to expand environmental services in the NY/NJ area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Environmental Section team, supporting staff training and recruitment
• Oversee client and business development, cultivating new and existing client accounts
• Manage multidisciplinary design projects as Project Manager, leveraging resources and problem-solving
• Coordinate with National Directors and marketing teams on local and national initiatives
• Ensure work quality and adherence to company policy through active project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred
• At least 7 years of relevant experience
• Professional registration or relevant certification may be required
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience with municipal programs and work in NY/NJ preferred
