Position Overview
Work within the Full Spectrum Lab Services team at CBRE, delivering support services for laboratory equipment repair, maintenance, and calibration within highly regulated environments in the biotech and pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage equipment installation, maintenance, and relocation activities
- Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration are conducted per SOPs
- Review and track service documentation and certificates
- Prepare lab equipment for daily operations and audits
- Replenish laboratory solvents and supplies as needed
- Support staff training and maintain accurate documentation for compliance
- Follow standardized processes under regular supervision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; up to 2 years’ relevant experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency
