About the job
Take part in managing laboratory compliance documentation and supporting services for clients in the life sciences sector. This position ensures all regulatory and customer requirements are met for instrument certifications and provides vital administrative support across client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and archive GxP instrument certificates and test reports
- Liaise with third-party service providers to meet client requirements
- Process invoices and manage purchase orders
- Support training and onboarding for department personnel
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation retrieval
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with at least two years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Experience working with databases and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of GxP standards within laboratory environments
