About the job
Support interventional cardiology teams as a Laboratory Technician specializing in cardiac catheterization and related vascular procedures. Play an integral part in ensuring quality patient care, accurate monitoring, and procedural assistance before, during, and after critical cardiac interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist with cardiac caths, STEMI, PCI, pacemaker, and interventional radiology procedures
- Monitor and document hemodynamic data accurately
- Manage access sites and provide procedural support to physicians
- Adhere to Cath lab on-call protocols and ensure timely patient readiness
Qualifications
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist credential required
- RCIS certification preferred
- Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab with BLS, ACLS, and IABP competency
- High school diploma or GED required
Schedule & Work Details
- 13-week contract with potential extensions
- Located in Pompton Plains, New Jersey
Work Environment
