Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultations and deliver various massage therapies (Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, etc.)
• Uphold high standards in guest comfort, draping, and professionalism
• Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms following state regulations
• Engage warmly with all guests and respond promptly to requests
• Attend ongoing training and stay informed about spa products and services

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 4–8 hours per shift
• Perform multiple treatments consecutively
• Engage in frequent repetitive movements and lifting

Qualifications

• California Massage Therapist Certification required
• Beverage Service and ABC exam certified
• Strong customer service orientation
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Preferred: previous hospitality or luxury spa experience
