About the job

Contribute to a fast-paced dermatology and facial plastic surgery practice delivering high-quality, personalized care in an outpatient setting. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in both dermatologic and aesthetic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams and procedures
• Gather medical histories and vital information
• Perform clinical tasks including wound dressing, suture removals, injections, and electronic prescriptions
• Educate patients on treatment procedures, medications, and aftercare instructions
• Adhere to safety, HIPAA, and OSHA protocols
• Help with administrative duties such as completing forms and coordinating end-of-day tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree or higher and 1-3 years’ experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (with recredentialing every two years)
• Strong skills in communication, teamwork, multitasking, and customer service
