About the job
This role involves providing direct mental health services and support to individuals affected by domestic violence. The position combines individual counseling, therapy facilitation, and participation in outreach programs, all conducted in a supportive, hybrid (telehealth acceptable) environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual counseling and group therapy
- Develop and monitor treatment plans in collaboration with clients
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records and documentation

- Participate in clinical supervision and staff meetings
Qualifications
- Master’s degree and licensed or license-eligible in counseling, social work, or related field (DC)
