Manage the Body Care Department at Natural Grocers, ensuring successful operations, profitability, and an inviting shopping experience. You will lead a team, handle inventory and merchandising, and contribute to store leadership as Manager on Duty when scheduled.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service as the top priority
• Oversee all department operations: ordering, inventory, merchandising, and financial performance
• Train, schedule, and monitor team members
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety training requirements
• Participate in staff hiring, disciplinary matters, and performance management
• Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of retail and supervisory experience (preferably in grocery or natural foods)
• Strong organizational, customer service, and cash-handling skills
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software
