As a care director specializing in memory care at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will lead the dementia care and activity programs for residents in a vibrant and supportive community. This leadership role combines management, staff development, and direct family engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance and excellence in dementia care programming
• Manage, train, and supervise dementia caregivers and activity leaders
• Conduct advanced dementia training and assessments
• Develop individualized care and activity plans
• Collaborate with other managers and corporate teams
• Communicate with and support residents’ families
• Hire, coach, and evaluate direct reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, recreation, gerontology, or related field
• At least three years of dementia activity program experience
• Two years' management experience in healthcare
• Strong tech, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
