Key Duties

• Answer and triage calls efficiently
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals
• Verify insurance, eligibility, and authorizations
• Enter and update patient information in multiple software systems
• Prioritize urgent requests and escalate as needed
• Document interactions and follow up on unresolved issues

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; business or medical office training preferred
• Minimum 6 months as receptionist or call center
• 1+ years in a healthcare call center required
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance guidelines
• Fast and accurate computer/data entry skills

Working Conditions

• 10-hour shifts on Mondays and Tuesdays
• Onsite role; must manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
