Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (Master's or DPT required)
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years outpatient clinical experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- CPR certification and EMR proficiency
