This position supports rehabilitation as a Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing and rehab facility offering both short-term and long-term care. The therapist will collaborate with clinical teams to design and implement therapy programs that improve patient mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation facility is advantageous
