Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy using modalities such as thermotherapy, hydrotherapy, exercise, and more
• Document progress and adjust plans to support recovery
• Supervise and direct physical therapy assistants
• Float across outpatient therapy locations as needed
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
• Ohio physical therapy license (or eligibility)
• Effective communicator with teamwork and adaptability
• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
