Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments for diverse patient populations
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, referring as needed
• Prescribe medications and develop care plans
• Educate patients and families regarding preventive health and care plans
• Maintain thorough records in EMR systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited PA program or Master's in Nursing
• At least 5 years of primary care experience across age groups
• Active, unrestricted license and relevant certifications (PA or NP)

Preferred Experience

• Telehealth or virtual care experience
